Lyn Gunell (that's me). I'm an ex journalist and editor. I studied web design and basic HTML at the University of Cape Town in 2001 and have been using that knowledge ever since to create online courses for our other company Lynlink Ltd Oy (Finland) trading as Language Link. Our company spent a lot of unnecessary money when we commissioned someone to do our first website (years ago!) and that is why I decided to find out what was in that mysterious "black box" called a website. I believe in going the extra mile for my clients. I don't pretend to know everything (this is a vast field) and I then call in an expert in that particular area.  Lennart Gunell. Besides being a specialist in the IT field (he took his first computer course at the age of 16 and that was some time ago!) Lennart has a Masters in Chemical Engineering and also has an Advanced Degree in Industrial Insurance. He studied web design and basic HTML at the department of Engineering at UCT.  Lennart helps out with design4um when I'm out of my depth on the technical side.  For the past 14 years we have been training business people through our company Lynlink Ltd Oy (Finland), trading as Language Link in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
